Buy licences

For architecture practices in the United Kingdom. The practice licence includes one seat; each additional seat lets one more person use ArchX. ArchX unlocks automatically after your purchase.

Each person sets up their own AI access in ArchX: their own ChatGPT account (Plus or higher), or their own API key from your practice’s account with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral or xAI. AI usage is not included in the price; with an API key, the provider bills your practice directly.

Proof that you are buying as a business (required)

We sell ArchX in the United Kingdom to businesses only. Our invoice shows no UK VAT: as a business customer, you account for the VAT yourself under the reverse charge. So we need one of the following as proof that your practice is a business.

UK VAT registration numberGB and 9 digits, for example GB123456789. Stripe checks the number with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).Companies House numberFor a limited company or LLP: 8 characters, for example 01234567 or SC123456.ARB registration numberIf your practice has neither: the ARB registration number of the architect who runs it, together with the practice’s website.

With a Companies House or ARB number, we check the public register manually after your purchase. Your licence works straight away; if something does not match, we will contact you.

We check the format of your proof first. Stripe then shows the total in pounds; you choose how to pay and place a binding order there. You can cancel at the end of any billing period.
